An Essential plan at €9.90/month is available for owners with multiple listings, with advanced analytics, iCal sync and accounting export included: but for a single listing, it's free forever.

I'm already on Airbnb. Is it compatible?

Absolutely. Some of our owners list on multiple platforms. The difference: here you're not funding Airbnb's growth. Every booking you run through StayTogether means 15.5% less taken from your revenue. And unlike Airbnb, you stay in control of your rates, calendar, and house rules.

Within 48 hours of the guest's departure. Funds are secured by Stripe: the same infrastructure used by Amazon and Booking: and transferred directly to your bank account. No 30-day delays, no opaque payment windows. You know exactly when you'll be credited.

What if a guest cancels at the last minute?

You define your own cancellation policy: flexible, moderate, or strict. In case of a late cancellation, you keep the deposit according to the terms you chose. A guest cancelling 3 days before arrival won't leave you empty-handed if you opted for a strict policy. You're in control.

Does the Le Meur Law affect my mobile home?

Good news: your mobile home is classified as a movable leisure residence, not a furnished tourist accommodation under French tourism law. The town-hall registration requirement from the Le Meur Law does not apply to you. What does change is taxation: the micro-BIC allowance for non-classified short-term rentals drops to 30% with a €15,000 cap. We explain what actually concerns you: without alarming you over rules that don't apply.

My mobile home is in a private campsite. Is that possible?

That's exactly our core audience. Permanent pitches, holiday parks, private campsites or private land: all configurations are welcome. Unlike campsite mandates that take up to 40% commission, you keep full ownership of your customer relationships and revenue. Your own dashboard, your own inbox, your own calendar.

How does the security deposit work?

The deposit is pre-authorised on the guest's card at payment: no cheques, no cash. It's released automatically at the end of the stay if everything went well. If there's an issue, you report the dispute from your dashboard. The entire process is digital and fully traceable.
