These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the terms and conditions under which StayTogether SASU (hereinafter "StayTogether") makes its platform available for connecting mobile-home and caravan owners with holidaymakers, accessible at stay-together.fr.
Accessing and using the StayTogether platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TCU. Any user who accesses the platform is deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the platform.
The platform is accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. StayTogether reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the service for technical or maintenance reasons, without this giving rise to any compensation. Certain features (publishing a listing, booking, messaging) require the creation of a user account.
Account creation is free and open to any adult natural person. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account. StayTogether reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these TCU, fraudulent or harmful behaviour towards other users or the platform.
All elements constituting the platform (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, architecture) are the exclusive property of StayTogether SASU and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of StayTogether SASU.
StayTogether acts as an intermediary for connecting users and is not a party to the rental contracts concluded between Owners and Guests. StayTogether cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, content published by users, or the performance of rental contracts. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
StayTogether reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email or by notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For any questions relating to these TCU, you can contact StayTogether at: hello@stay-together.fr
