Last updated: September 2026
This is a translation of French legal documents provided for information purposes. The French version is the legally binding version.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the terms and conditions under which StayTogether SASU (hereinafter "StayTogether") makes its platform available for connecting mobile-home and caravan owners with holidaymakers, accessible at stay-together.fr.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and using the StayTogether platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TCU. Any user who accesses the platform is deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the platform.
3. Definitions
- Platform: the website and services offered at stay-together.fr by StayTogether SASU.
- User: any natural or legal person accessing the platform, whether registered or not.
- Owner: a registered user who publishes one or more listings for mobile-home or caravan rentals.
- Guest: a registered user who makes a booking request or books a stay via the platform.
- Listing: a presentation of a property offered for rent by an Owner, including description, photos, rates and availability.
- Booking: an agreement between an Owner and a Guest for the rental of a property under the conditions defined in the listing, confirmed via the platform.
4. Access to the Service
The platform is accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. StayTogether reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the service for technical or maintenance reasons, without this giving rise to any compensation. Certain features (publishing a listing, booking, messaging) require the creation of a user account.
5. User Account
Account creation is free and open to any adult natural person. Registration is possible via email/password, OAuth connection (Google, Facebook) or a magic link sent by email. The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity carried out from their account. StayTogether reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these TCU, fraudulent or harmful behaviour towards other users or the platform.
6. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information when registering and using the service.
- Not publish false, misleading, defamatory, offensive or third-party rights-infringing content.
- Not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or immoral purposes.
- Not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment and booking systems.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of StayTogether and other users.
- Report any malfunction, abuse or suspicious behaviour to hello@stay-together.fr.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the platform (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, architecture) are the exclusive property of StayTogether SASU and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of StayTogether SASU.
8. Limitation of Liability
StayTogether acts as an intermediary for connecting users and is not a party to the rental contracts concluded between Owners and Guests. StayTogether cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, content published by users, or the performance of rental contracts. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
9. Changes to TCU
StayTogether reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes by email or by notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Host Subscriptions
StayTogether offers paid subscriptions for hosts who want access to advanced features:
- Multi-listings: allows publishing multiple listings simultaneously on the platform. Monthly recurring billing via Stripe.
- Pro: includes all Multi-listings features, plus advanced analytics (traffic, conversion, revenue per listing) and annual accounting export in PDF and CSV formats.
- Cancellation: the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard (Settings > Subscription). Access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the period already billed.
- Price changes: StayTogether reserves the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice communicated by email.
11. Public Owner Profile
By registering as an owner, the user agrees that the following information will be publicly accessible on their profile page:
- Visible data: display name, profile photo, biography, location (city / country), published listings, reviews received from guests, response rate and response time.
- Search engine indexing: the owner profile page is indexable by search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) to allow future guests to discover the host. This indexing serves the owner's direct interest within the scope of the service.
- Legal basis: the processing of this public data is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): visibility is inherent to the role of owner on a rental marketplace.
- Right to erasure: deleting your account immediately removes the profile page. De-indexing by search engines occurs within a reasonable timeframe according to their recrawl schedule. To exercise this right, delete your account from settings or contact privacy@stay-together.fr.
12. Listing suspension and removal
StayTogether reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove any listing in the following cases:
- Non-compliant photos: photos that do not match the actual property, are misleading or of poor quality.
- Incorrect or misleading description: inaccurate information about the condition, location, amenities or terms of the property.
- Guest complaint: a substantiated report of inappropriate behaviour or serious non-compliance.
- Violation of TCU: breach of the obligations defined in Article 6 or any other platform rule.
- Safety issue: potential risk to the safety or health of guests.
- Abusive pricing: manifestly disproportionate prices or unfair pricing practices.
- Verification required: need to confirm compliance of the property before it is reinstated.
- Other reason: any other reason justified by the moderation team.
In the event of a suspension, the owner is informed by email and notification with the specific reason. Already confirmed bookings are not affected. The owner may contest a suspension by contacting our team at hello@stay-together.fr.
12a. Editorial modifications of listings
StayTogether reserves the right to modify listings for quality, compliance or readability purposes, without altering their meaning. The owner is notified by email.
